FreeIn these terms and conditions: “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions of sale; “Contract” means an unconditional, binding contract for the sale by us and purchase by you of Products which incorporates these Terms and Conditions; “Products” means the goods that we sell on this website; “Order” means an offer by you to purchase Products and Services from us using this website; “Price” means the price of the Products, plus any delivery charges; “our”, “us”, “we” means Scandinavian Small Ltd with company number 7208059 and its registered office at
LAWFORD HOUSE, ALBERT PLACE, LONDON N3 1QA; “you” and “your” means any person who places an Order.
2.1 Orders
When placing an Order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
A Contract for the supply of Products in accordance with your Order shall only come into existence at the time of despatch of your Products. We may at our discretion elect not to accept an Order (whether as a result of Product not being available, an error in the Product specification, an incorrect Price being stated on the website, or otherwise), although in such circumstances we will of course refund any payment you have already made.
If it transpires that, following our acceptance of your Order, any Product is out of stock or otherwise not available for delivery in accordance with your chosen delivery method, or if there is any error in the Product listing, we will contact you as soon as practicable. You will then have the option of cancelling your Order, following which we will refund any payment you have already made.
2.2 Delivery of purchases
We are a small business. We endeavour to dispatch each Order placed by you and accepted by us within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
If there are any delays in dispatching your Order, we will contact you via e-mail to give you a new estimated date of delivery. Risk of loss and/or damage to the Products shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your Order. For full information on our delivery options, please click here.
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the EU, it is done so on a duty unpaid basis and you will be solely responsible for any customs, tax or duty charges. Please be aware that these may cause a delay to your delivery.
2.3 Delivery of services
2.3 Refunds and exchanges
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with a Product, please return the unused Product with its original packaging and tags (including any hygiene strip) still attached with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product and we will exchange or refund the Price for such Product. Please note that you are responsible for return postage, and in the case of an exchange we reserve the right to make an additional charge for postage and packaging costs. Furthermore, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in the course of returning Products, and we therefore recommend that you use an insured recorded delivery service. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note we cannot exchange or provide a refund for Products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way, unless such Product was faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you (in which case please see paragraph 2.4). For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all underwear and swimwear are tried on over your child's own underwear, and with the hygiene strip on.
If you require a refund, we will credit your credit or debit card for the Price paid less postage and packing costs. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the date we receive the returned Product.
2.4 Damaged Goods
If a Product is damaged or faulty upon receipt then please return the Product with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product and we will exchange the Product as promptly as possible (or, if you so request, refund the Price) within 28 days of the date we receive the damaged Product.
Please note some denim Products have a ‘worn’ design, which will be mentioned in the Product description on this website and which does not constitute damage. Furthermore, please note that we cannot guarantee that the colours of the Product as they appear on your computer monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery.
2.5 Pricing
The prices of our products include VAT (where applicable, Children’s clothes are zero-rated for VAT). All Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. They do not include any delivery and packing charges. The total cost of your Order, including any delivery and packaging charges, will be displayed and confirmed to you before you place your Order.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period and we reserve the right to end any such sale or promotion early.
2.6 Payment
Your payment method options will be displayed to you before you confirm your Order. We will not dispatch any Products until cleared funds have been received. We will collect and store your payment information using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and we will only use such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.1 Products
All Products we supply will be of satisfactory quality. If we deliver a Product to you that is not of satisfactory quality, please contact us for a repair or replacement or, where this is not possible, for a refund.
3.2 Delay in deliveries
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of goods purchased when the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, snow, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
3.3 Types of liability for which we are liable
We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of a Contract. We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under a Contract by anything you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
3.4 Liabilities which are not excluded
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud.
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in this website and its content (including without limitation the website design, logo, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website) are owned by or licensed to us or otherwise used by us as permitted by law. In accessing www.scandinavianminiamall.co.uk you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without our prior written consent. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the website for personal use only.
